Can’t wait to see if this animated short is spun off into a feature film.

The first Pacific Rim starred Charlie Hunnam and was directed by Guillermo del Toro and was released July 12, 2013. The computer graphics are damn good like Pacific Rim good. Pacific Rim: The Black seems to be doing well with fans, breaching the TV top 10 right out of the gate, leading some to wonder if the live-action film Pacific Rim 2 is available to stream on Netflix. The lists below has been updated and includes Jaeger names for both Pacific Rim movies.

Other than that, Atlas Destroyers design is a pretty nice blend between the first and second film’s jaeger design, but I really hope a company that produces figures in the 7in scale makes an announcement of this soon. Pacific Rim writer Travis Beacham has provided a list of the Jaeger names for the first movie as well as the prequel graphic novel. Now if NECA announced they would get the Lise ce back, but only do Kaiju while DST did Jaegers that would be a perfect situation. They were light on the kaiju, but pretty much nailed all the jaegers from the film with few issues.
It would be cool if this was one of the new licenses NECA got back and they announced they would be doing figures again from the show and the original movies, but I won’t hold my breath.ĭiamond Select also had a good run with their Pacific Rim: Uprising line. This is a Pacific Rim game, where you can design your own Jaeger as in the Pacific Rim Movie, Pose the Jaeger in your very own poster and share with your friends. Their Kaiju on the other hand were top notch and had little to no QC across the board compared to their Jaeger designs. So let’s talk about the upcoming ‘Pacific Rim’ movie. With ‘Pacific Rim 3’, the franchise can come to a full circle. Now, those were real Cool.NECA figures were pretty good, but the plastic quality even on the last jaegers they did like Ultimate Gipsy Danger was pretty awful. But ‘Pacific Rim: Uprising’ gave birth to the possibility of ‘Pacific Rim 3’.
